It is simple. If you purchase a home with Michael Helvey as your Buyer's Agent, then you will get a rebate of 1% of the sale price after closing. Rebate will be disclosed to lender before closing, a written agreement will be required, and other conditions will apply.

How do we get started?
First, I enjoy meeting new clients at a local Starbucks or local restaurant. Second, I will ask you to define your goals and expectations of the home buying process. With this information, I will be able to put together a plan of action to help achieve the goals and expectations set. Home buying can be fun. With the correct information provided to the Buyer, a good investment decision can be made while enjoying the purchase of your home.
Two written agreements will need to sign by both parties before I can represent any home Buyer.
1. Buyer's representation agreement between Buyer and Broker.
Georgia Law requires the relationship between a Buyer and a Real Estate Broker to be defined and in writing. Accordingly, I require a Buyer's agreement be signed before I can represent any home Buyer. The standard Buyer's agreement is used.
2. Cash Back Rebate Program Terms and Conditions
For disclosure, my Cash Rebate Program Terms and Conditions agreement must be signed by both parties as this is part of full diclosure to the lender. See tab for Cash Rebate Program Agreement to print for more details.
